How to register your child
We would love to welcome your family into the Youth Learning Network! To register your child(ren), please complete our online Enrolment Form, Tutoring Agreement Form and choose how to pay our fees.
Youth Enrolment Form – This form allows us to group your child in the right class for her/his age group and track attendance and progress.
Tutoring Agreement Form – This form sets out the terms and conditions of Youth Learning Network Saturday School, as well as additional projects, when applicable (e.g. Holiday Educational Tuition, Homework and After School Clubs).
If possible, please also send your child(ren)’s most recent academic reports to info@YouthLearningNetwork.org as this will help us baseline and target areas of concern.
Our fees
Every child should be able to achieve their best. At YLN, our ethos is to make academic excellence as accessible as possible to as many as possible. We recognise that these are challenging economic times for all. This is why our low monthly and termly fees make us one of the most affordable providers of Saturday education and extra-curricular tuition in London.
As a non-profit organisation, the fees we set go directly towards providing facilities that are safe and conducive to learning while helping us to attract and maintain high quality teaching staff with the skills required.
Our fee structure is as follows:
Weekly = £30 for the first child, £17 for additional children
Monthly = £100 for the first child, £50 for additional children (20% saving*)
Termly = £260 for the first child, £75 for additional children (50% saving*)
*savings based on a weekly payment of £30 per week for 39 weeks per academic year
Example fee calculation for a family with three children, ages 14, 9 and 7:
£47 per week / £150 per month / £325 per term
Ways to pay
We ask for fees to be paid by standing order bank transfer in advance either weekly, monthly or termly. We will also accept payments made in cash at our centre. Paying termly offers the best value for families. Arranging payment online through your bank is simple and takes a few minutes.
